Annette Marie Sumbler

Services for Mrs. Annette Marie Sumbler will be at 1:00p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019 at Shiloh Baptist Church. Rev. Raymond Franklin will be officiating. Interment will be in Alexandria National Cemetery, Pineville, LA.

Mrs. Sumbler, 87, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband: John D. (J.D.) Sumbler, parents: George and Eliza Morgan, one brother and three sisters. Annette was born May 24, 1932. She graduated from Peabody High School and accepted Christ at an early age. She attended Shiloh Baptist Church. She was a faithful and dedicated member until the end of her life. She loved her family, friends, and life.

Annette leaves to cherish her daughters: Equilla Page and Winnetta E. Sumbler, sons: Gregory P. Sumbler and Orlando O. Sumbler, sister: Ethel L. Hickson (Houston, TX), sister-in-law- Ada Camp (Dallas, TX), 6 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 11:00a.m. on November 22, 2019 at Shiloh Baptist Church.
