Services for Bertha Gonzales Ford will be at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at St. Paul Baptist Church, 2766 Hwy 1192, Marksville, LA. Rev. Lawrence Porterie will be officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Ford passed away on November 22, 2024, at Rapides Regional medical Center surrounded by her loved ones. She is preceded in death by her husband: Leroy Ford, mother: Julia Baker Gonzale, father: Houston Gonzales, son: Donald Bonton, sisters: Agnes Bize and Pearl Augustine, step daughter: Chris Foster, and step son: Leroy Ford, Jr.

Those left o cherish her memories are her daughters: Nova Porterie (Lawrence), and Rachone Ford Larcarte (Rashaun), son: Lonia Bonton (Shirley), Johnny Bonton, and Ronald Bonton, step daughters: Betty Jones (Edward), and Faye Patterson, step son-Glenn Ford (Katherine), 18 grandkids, 28 great grandkids, and 1 great great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
