Rev. Brian Small will be officiating. Interment will be in Farenzie Cemetery.

Mrs. Swafford, 90, of Colfax, LA, passed away on November 21, 2022, at Colfax

Reunion & Rehabilitation Center. She is preceded in death by father: Baptiste

Elzy, mother: Estelle Elzy, 4 sisters, 2 brothers, and 3 children.

Bertha leaves to cherish her memories – daughters: Mary Perry, Hester Redmond,

Cherry Sykes, Ruby J. Davis, and Brenda Bush Warren, sons: Terry L. Kirts, Larry

D. Kirts, Will “Ricky” Kirts, and Artis Kirts, along with 31 grandchildren, 47 great

grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
