Services for Brenda Jackson will be at 11:00am on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Second Evergreen Baptist Church. Rev Wesley Lotts will be officiating.
Brenda J. Jackson was born on February 12, 1957, to the late Vergie and Annie Mae Jackson in Pineville, LA. She attended school in Rapides Parish. She departed this life at her residence on November 7, 2022.
In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by one brother, Willie Jackson, four sisters, Linda Faye Jackson, Dorothy Ann (Gorrell) Chapman, Shirley Walters, and Marilyn Dianne Billops.
Brenda Jackson accepted Christ at an early age. She loved to cook and feed everyone she came in contact with. She also gave any and everyone a place to stay when in need. She never had kids of her own, but she helped to raise many, she was everybody’s “Aunt Rabbit”. If you needed a laugh, Aunt Rabbit was the life of the party.
Brenda leaves to cherish her precious memories to her eight sisters, Vera Milton, Vergie Madden, Catherine Hall, Betty (Wesley) Lotts, Mary (Patrick) Edwards, Mamie Washington, Lois Hymes, Carolyn (Anthony), one brother, Donald Ray Jackson, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, family and friends.
