Services for Catherine Compton will be at 2:00pm on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 708 University Street, Alexandria, LA. Rev. Eugene Stevenson will be officiating. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.


Mrs. Compton, 102, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on July 22, 2026, at her residence.


She leaves to cherish her memories – her husband: Leotis Compton.

Visitation will begin at 1:00p.m. at New Jerusalem Baptist Church.
