Christine Smith

Services for Christine Smith will be at 1:30pm on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Trout Creek Baptist Church, Jena, LA. Rev. Dale Sanders will be officiating. Interment will be in Webster Cemetery.

Ms. Smith, 74, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on October 4, 2024, at Rapides Regional Medica Center. She worked as a Nursing Assistant and a private Sitter. She loved her family and her friends. Gardening was her hobby. Christine was a 1968 graduate of Goodpine High School, Jena, LA and Grambling College.

She is preceded in death by her mother: Josephie Smith, father: Albert Smith: brothers: Lonnie Smith, Donald Smith, and Jerry Johnson, sister: Diane Smith, and one grandchild: Ta’Kurious Smith.

Christine leaves to cherish her memories: daughter: Torshay Smith, son: Charles Smith, brothers: Albert Charles Smith and Danny Smith, sister: Brenda Smith, along with a host of grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
