Clyde Christopher Phillips

Clyde Christopher Phillips, 71, of Alexandria, Louisiana, passed away on the morning of Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Rapides Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his loving wife and daughters.

He was born on July 24, 1953, to the late Elizabeth Thompson. Clyde proudly served his country in the United States Army until his discharge.

He is preceded in death by his parents William and Elizabeth Thompson; his eldest daughter, Cherlynn Green; his brother, Melcome Thompson; and his sister, Monica Thompson.

Clyde is survived by his devoted wife, Stacye Phillips; his loving daughters, Crystal Hudson (Carey), Tia Jason (Shawn), Ria Phillips, and Savannah Phillips. He also leaves behind two sisters, Madeline Roberts and Aline Cosse; one brother, Gill Phillips; seventeen grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will cherish his memory.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Robinson Family Mortuary.

Clyde will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his service to his country, and the strength and kindness he showed throughout his life.
