Curtis Mix

Services for Curtis Mix will be at 11:00am on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Robinson Family Mortuary, 1815 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA. Rev. Moses Roland will be officiating.

Mr. Mix passed away at Matthews Memorial Nursing Home. Curtis was born September 4, 1963 to the late Eligah Henry Mix and Leola (Wright) Mix. He was baptized at an early age. He attended school at M.D. Haynes. He was well known within his community. He loved helping out around the community. He enjoyed fixing things such as bikes and cars. He enjoyed long walks and being around his family especially family gatherings.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Henry Mix and Leola Mix, brothers: Elijah Mix and Howard Player, sisters: Georgia Mix and Lisa Mix.

Curtis leaves to cherish his memories – sisters and brothers: Diane (Elbert) Hayes, Barbara (Ricky, Sr.) Ivory, Carrie Mix, Doris Mix, Betty Sue Mix, Patricia Walker, Edward Mix, and Jerome Mix.
