David Allen Waddy was born July 10, 1961 to Bertha Mae Small Waddy and Gastonia Waddy of Houston, TX. He departed this earthly life on January 12, 2021 at his residence in Pineville, LA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bertha Mae Small Waddy and Gastonia Waddy, maternal grandmother, Vada Small, and uncles, Murial Peyton Small, Leroy Small, Ed Small, and Troy Small.

David leaves to cherish his memories-Apostle Shelia Waddy, two stepchildren, Tremain Terrell and Andrea Terrell, sister, Regina Gale Waddy (Keith Pearson), niece, Erika Nicole Waddy, great nephew, Chad Brown, aunts, Bobbie Jean Franklin and Marie Franklin (Freddie), uncle, Tyrone Small, grandchildren, Treyvon Davis and Rena Terrell, and a host of cousins and friends.
