Mrs. Brown, 53, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on January 20, 2026, at HCA Medical center (North Cypress), Houston, TX. Dorothy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother with a heart of gold. She meant the world to her family.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her mother: Bobbie Culbreth and father: grant Washington, along with other family members.

Dorothy leaves to cherish her memories – husband: Jeremy Brown, daughters: Ashley Culbreth, Chantel Jones, Aaliyah Jones, Tytiana Jones, Angel Williams, D’Nasia Richard, sons: Demetrice Culbreth, Dempsey Jones, Jr., David Richard, Jr., and Dontorrian Richard, brothers: Anthony Coleman, Robert Culbreth, and Cedric Jones, sister: Rhona Elera, and grandchildren: Taylor, De’Zyrion, De’Kylan, Tiara, and 24 additional grandchildren.
