Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Robinson Family Mortuary. Mr. Earl Ashley, Jr., 81, of Alexandria, Louisiana, died at 7:40 p.m. on November 22, 2021, at Camelot Rehabilitation at Magnolia Park in Lafayette, La. Earl was born to Mattie Pearl and Earl Ashley, Sr. in 1940. He served in the United States Air Force, stationed in Frankfurt, Germany and Key West, Florida. Together with his loving wife, Frankie Dorsey Ashley, he nurtured an adoring family. Preceded in Death by Mother, Mattie Ashley, Father, Earl Ashley, Sr., Sister, Dorothy Ashley, Brother, Robert Dixon, Sister-in-law, Ruth Dixon.
