Eura Lee Hayes

Services for Eura Lee Hayes will be at 11a.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023. at St. Richards Chapel with Father Abraham Palakkatluchira officiating. Burial will be in St. Richards Cemetery, under direction of Robinson Family Mortuary.

Mrs. Hayes age 83, of Marksville, La she entered eternal rest on May 1, 2023, at Rivière De Soleil Community.

Mrs. Eura Lee is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Thomas Hayes Jr.; parents, Leon and Laura Jacob; three sisters, Almatine Dison, Maeola Hall, and Jerrie Mae Branch; one brother, Henry Jacob, Sr.; one son, William Paul; one grandson, Van Keith Jones, Jr.; and one great grandson, Karter Joseph Hagger.

Eura Lee Hayes leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters and two sons, Martha Jones (Van) of Marksville, La, Gerald Hayes (Rachel) of Houston, Tx, Raymond Hayes (Tracy) of Marksville La, and Faye Hagger (Earl) of Simmesport, La; three brothers, Tillman Jacob (Louise) Marksville, La, Leon Jacob Jr. (Annie) of Poland, La, and Shelton Gilbert (Evelyn) of Flint, Michigan; Two sisters, Bertha Gossett of Marksville, La, and Hilda Porterie, of Port Arthur, Texas. She also leaves behind sixteen grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
