Ms. Carter, 34, of Natchitoches, LA, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, LA. She is preceded in death by her grandmother: Patricia Walker, uncles: Robert Belton and Mitchell Green.

Felicia leaves behind 4 young children: David Carter, Daveon Carter, LaZyria Prosha, and Jamari Prosha, mother: Patricia Belton, sister: Brittany Carter. She loved her niece & Nephew: Cadarius & Jasmine. She was a fun person with a big heart.
