On Saturday March 9, 2024, the death Angel came gently and rock Floyd to sleep. Floyd Johnson was born on August 5, 1959, to Alex and Ivory Johnson. He was baptized at an early age and later rededicated his life to Jesus Christ in February 2024.
Floyd was raised in Colfax, Louisiana and received his education through the Grant Parish School system. He was a member of the Dry Prong High School, class of 1977. Floyd traveled and lived in several places. He was very friendly and loved by his family and friends. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Clara Glen, Frankie Bonier, Eddie Mae Tademy, Alex Johnson Jr, Donald Johnson and Will Johnson. He leaves to cherish his memories; son Jamison Boyd Sr; siblings, Betty (Michael) Wilson, Ida (Louis) Williams, Josh (Sandra) Bonier, Ronald Johnson, Daisy (Edward) Fears, and Alexis (Argelia) Johnson; 5 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
