Greg Griffin

Services for Greg Griffin will be at 1:00p.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Greater Live Oak Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Monte Young will be officiating.

Mr. Griffin, 60, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on September 22, 2021, at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital. He is preceded in death by his father: Fred Reed and mother: Cleo Griffin.

Greg accepted Christ and was baptized in Natchitoches, LA by Rev. Monte Young. He later joined The Greater Live Oak Missionary Baptist Church pastored by Pastor James S. Hardison in Alexandria, LA. Greg enjoyed fishing & loved being in the company of family and friends.

Greg leaves to cherish his memories – wife: Lorraine Griffin, stepdaughter: Shrida L. Blade, stepsons: Markcus J. Hausley, Sr. and Jerry L. Freeman, brother: John E. Reed, sisters: Jeanice R. Belvin, Sharon R. Cooper, and Bonnie L. Young, grandchildren: D’Erica Blade, Dedrick Blade, Margan Hausely, Marian Hausley, Markcus Hausley, Jr.
