Gregory Harley was born March 19, 1961. Gregory was the son of John Harley, Sr. and Mercides McGinnis Harley. Gregory was baptized at an early age by the late Rev. Samuel Buckner of the New Pilgrim Baptist Church.
Gregory was married to Amy Frank. To this union no children were born. However, Gregory was the proud father of six children and eleven grandchildren.
Gregory transitioned from his earthly home on December 29, 2025.
Gregory was preceded in death by his father, John D. Harley, Sr.; grandmother, Arethia McCall; and his son, Gregory G. Burnstine.
Gregory leaves to mourn, his mother, Mercides McGinnis Harley; a brother, John D. Harley, Jr.(Michelle); his children, Karlenthia Simon, Favia Simon, Felicia Simon, Orpha Simon and Dontreal Hampton, Sr.; eleven grandchildren, Kalan Nelson, Mical Nelson, Lillian Nelson, Alayah Simon, Jordan Anderson, Lauren Kirts, McKensie Kirts, Elijah Kirts, Grace Simon, Rylaigh Coutee, Dontreal Hampton, Jr.; and a nephew, Lee Thomas Ross Harley.
