Henry Arther Lee entered peacefully into eternal rest on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the age of 86. He was a native of Zimmerman, LA and lived his adult life in Alexandria, LA. He was a well-known businessman in Alexandria who operated numerous businesses including night clubs and pool halls.
Henry was the beloved husband of the late Esther Williams lee, brother of the late Robert and Thurmond “Jim” Lee and grandfather of the late Terry E. Morris.
Henry is survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family, pastors, officers, and members of St. Matthew Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend a graveside service at St. Matthew Baptist Church Cemetery in Rapides Station on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 11:00a.m. Pastor Frank Jackson will be officiating along with Rev. Joe S. Green.
Visitation will begin at 10:30a.m. until service time at the graveside. There will also be a viewing held on Friday, January 15, 2021 from 1:30 – 4:00p.m. at Robinson Family Mortuary, 1815 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA.
