Services for Herman Lee Durham Jr. will be at 11:00a.m. on July 22, 2023, at Christian Love Baptist Church located at 3515 Hudson Bld. Alexandria, La with the Emeritus Rev George L. Price officiating. Burial will be in Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville La, under direction of Robinson Family Mortuary.
Mr. Herman Lee Durham Jr. age 62 of Winnfield, La, he entered eternal rest on July 17, 2023 at Alexandria Veterans Affairs Medical Center Palliative Care Unit.
Herman is preceded in death by Father Herman Lee Durham Sr. and Mother Betty Jean Jones Durham, paternal grandparents William & Lacinda Durham, maternal grandparents Everson (EJ) & Lena Jones, a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins.
He is survived by his wife Brenda L. King-Durham, two daughters: Rachel and Lashanta Jackson, two sons; Dorian and Terrance Jackson, three bonus sons; Demarius Payne, Demetrius Payne, and Dezmun Payne, four brothers Danny Durham, Dwayne Durham, Everic Jones, Michael Lewis, one sister Rose Mary Purnell, 13 grandchildren, 1 bonus grandchild, and 10 great-grandchildren.
