Mr. Kelly, 46, of Natchitoches, LA, passed away on December 20, 2019 at his residence. He is preceded in death by his mother: Betty Sue Clark and brother: John Kelly.

Jessie leaves to cherish his memories – daughters: Marquita Robinson and Karlana Lott, son: Javon Duncantel, father: Jessie Charles Kelly, Jr., brother: Charles Earl Kelly, sisters: Beulah Besant, Rose Lewis, Francis Corbin, Betty Kelly, Mamie Kelly, and Shelia Hudson.
