Services for Kevin Raphiel, Sr. Will be at 11:00am on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Pentecostals of Cloutierville. Pastor Charles Townsend will be officiating. Interment will be in St. Matthew Baptist Church Cemetery, Melrose, LA.
Mr. Raphiel, 56, of Cloutierville, LA, passed away on November 15, 2022 at Houston Methodist Hospital. Kevin was born June 26, 1966 to the late John Hickman and Lola M. Raphiel in Pineville, LA. Kevin attended St. Matthew and Cloutierville High School. He met and married the love of his life, Tammy Raphiel, of 40 years. Together they have 5 children to continue their legacy and blessed them with 13 grandchildren. Kevin enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His hobbies were hunting, fishing, and cooking. He was hardworking and brought light into any room he entered.
Kevin is preceded in death by father, John Hickman, mother, Lola M. Raphiel, grandparents, Phillip and Irene Raphiel, Perry and Ida Hickman, and brother, Johnny Hickman.
Kevin leaves to cherish his memories - wife, Tammy Raphiel, daughters, Brandi Raphiel-Smith and Katrina Raphiel, sons, Kevin Raphiel, Jr., Timothy Raphiel, Sr., and Steven Raphiel, brothers, Joseph Hickman, Donald Raphiel, Ronnie Raphiel, and Raymond Raphiel, sisters, Sheryl Turner, Kathy Raphiel, Cynthia Garner, Joni Mitchell, Regina Hall, and Nekieta Raphiel, grandchildren, KeShawna Raphiel, Kaden Aught, Terrence Couty, Tamia Couty, Keenan Raphiel, Ta’Miya Raphiel, Timothy Raphiel, Jr., Bra’Nya Smith, Brian Smith, Jr., Christian Rachal, Zyron Raphiel, Zymon Raphiel, and Josiah Calhoun (arriving April 2023).
Viewing will be held at Pentecostals of Cloutierville from 9am-11am.
