Services for Leola R. Vercher will be at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at St. Rita Catholic Church, 4401 Bayou Rapides Rd, Alexandria, LA. Father Daniel Hart will be officiating. Interment will be in St. John Catholic Church Cemetery, Cloutierville, LA.

Mrs. Vercher, 86, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on October 6, 2018 at Riverside Hospital in Alexandria, LA.

Leola leaves to cherish her most precious memories: one sister: Elizabeth Ladkins, six sons: Eliis Vercher, Jr. (Verna), James Vercher (Lillie), Michael Vercher (Lula), Leslie Vercher, Edward Vercher, and Kenny Vercher, five daughters: Velma Davis (Rudolph), Carolyn Isaac (Ray), Doris Williams (Esau), Gertrude Dailey (Kenneth), and Earsley Winford, daughter in law: Debra Vercher (Donald), three sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, thirty-one grandchildren, fifty-six grandchildren, two God children: Sandra Johnson and Marquita Nash, and someone special to her hear Wyzetta and KB Green (Bubba).

Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. at St. Rita Catholic Church.
