Services for Malinda Jackson will be at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at St. Paul Methodist Church, Cheneyville, LA. Interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her memories one daughter, Stacy Lynn Smith(Donte’ Sr.); one son Abraham Fields, Jr., (Janie) both of Alexandria, Louisiana; one sister , Ernestine Kensie of Alexandria, Louisiana; three grandchildren, Kirsten Carvin (Fred), Joseph Smith, III, and Donte’ Reed, Jr.; one great grandchild, Aniyah Carvin; one brother/nephew, Fredrick Holmes; a devoted niece, Danetta Horton (Isaiah); a devoted nephew, Alfred Kensie, Jr.(Latoya); a close friend, Margrete English (Stacy’s Godmother) and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
