Mary Lou George Jones

Services for Mary Lou George Jones will be at 11:00 a.m. at Edgefield Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Melvin Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Edgefield Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, under direction of Robinson Family Mortuary.

Mrs. Mary Lou Jones age 71, of Cheneyville, La entered eternal rest on May 26, 2023, at Cabrini Hospital.

Mrs. Mary is preceded in death by one daughter Koxie Jones, parents Ruffin and Velma George, three sisters: Vernice Thomas, Beverly High, and Vergie Lee George, and one brother, Vergie Lynn George.

Mary is survived by her husband, Melvin Jones, one daughter Kimberly Jones, four brothers; Elroy George, Ruffin George, Michael George, and Milton Carter, two sisters: Dorothy Bradley and Gloria George, along with four grandchildren and one great grand.
