Services for Maxine Sykes Andrus will be at 12:00pm on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Big Mount Zion Baptist Church, Colfax, LA. Rev. Roy Lee Lotts will be officiating. Interment will be in Raven Camp Cemetery, Colfax, LA.


Mrs. Andrus, 76, of Alexandria, LA, is preceded in death by her parents: Vera & Henry Sykes, husband, Milton Andrus, Jr., sisters: Betty Hally and Ora Williams, and brother: Mack Harris.


Maxine leaves to cherish her memories – daughter: Dimitri Andrus, sons: Timothy Andrus, Sr. and Johnathan Sykes, Sr., and brother: John Wilkins.


Visitation will begin at 11:00am at Big Mount Zion Baptist Church.
