Services for Melissa Ann “Missy Boo” Robertson-McGlory will be at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at England Park Baptist Church, 2520 Airbase Road, Alexandria, LA. Rev. A.L. Johnson will be officiating. Interment will be in Farenzie Cemetery, Colfax, LA.

Mrs. Robertson-McGlory, 50, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on July 18, 2026, at her sisters’ home. Melissa was the center of attraction. She truly lover her siblings, and her nieces and nephews of whom she had the pleasure of raising. She was a spectacular cook and baker, and the best alto ever. Melissa will be truly missed by more than just family.

She is preceded in death by her father: McArthur Robertson, Sr., mother: Dorothy Lee Shephard Robertson, and brother: Tommie Lee Robertson, Sr.

Melissa leaves to cherish her memories – husband: Dequincy McGlory, sisters: Bobbie Lucas (Anthony), Marie Robertson and Michelle Robertson, brothers: McArthur Robertson, Jr. (Courtney), James Robertson, Sr. (Mary), Eric Robertson (Lisa), and Ellis Robertson (Vontrice).

Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. at England Park Baptist Church.
