Services for Michael Blake Johnson will be at 2:00p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at HIS Church, Pinehurst Drive, Pineville, LA. Shannon Warren will be officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Mr. Johnson, 32, of Lecompte, LA, passed away on April 15, 2021 at Rapides Regional Medical Center.

Michael is preceded in death by his grandfather: Elson Johnson, Sr, uncles: Victor Spurlock and Dustin Mason, grandmother: Betty Spurlock, and sister: Rebeka Johnson.

Johnson, father & stepmother: DD & Sharon Johnson, mother & stepfather: Jenny and Ronnie Spurlock, Jr., grandparents: Kathy & Kenny Mason and Mike & Judy Butler, and Linder Holland, siblings: Charinnia Wilson, Cheyene Hickman, Matthew Hardee, Kaitlin Spurlock, Danielle Dubroc, Destaine Johnson, and Nicholas Ford, and girlfriend: Maigan Walker.

Visitation will be on Monday, April,19, 2021 from 5-9:00p.m. at HIS Church and on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
