Patricia L. Lavalais

Services for Patricia Lynn Lavalais will be at 11:00am on Friday, January 20, 2023, at New Scott Olly Baptist Church. Bishop Lynell Smith will be officiating. Interment will be in Garden of Memories.

Ms. Lavalais, 64, of Pineville, LA, passed away on January 10, 2023, at her residence. Patricia began her journey on January 21, 1951, in Alexandria, LA, to Helen Lavalais and George Kemp. Patricia was baptized at an early age and continued faithfully serving the Lord. Patricia worked for CENLA Community Action Community Headstart Program until her health failed.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Helen Lavalais and George Kemp.

Patricia leaves to cherish her memories- daughter: Keisha Waller (Darrick), son: Michael Morris (Joyce), brothers: Wardell Jackson (Deloris), George Lavalais, and Patrick Lavalais (Faye), sister: Pearline Lavalais, grandchildren: Makiya Vallien, Darrick Waller, Jr., Trinity Morris, Devin Waller, Ja’Mayah Morris, and Michaela Morris.

Visitation will begin at 10:00am until time of service at New Scott Olly Baptist Church.
