Services for Rosa Dlevia Martin Bowie will be 11 A.M. on October 29, 2022, at Zion Hill Baptist Church, with Pastor Micheal Conlear officiating. Burial will be held at Garden of Memory, under the direction of Robinson Family Mortuary.

Mrs. Rosa Bowie 91 of LeCompte, La entered eternal rest in her residence, October 16, 2022.

Rosa was a dedicated worker at CCAC for 40 years, she loved to cook and was always a straightforward person when it all came down to business. And not to mention she was a very kind loving mother.

Rosa Bowie is preceded in death by her husband; Jessie Bowie Sr, son Jessie Bowie Jr., and daughter Mary Kirk. Rosa’s memory is left to be cherished by two daughters Brenda Ray and Carla Bowie, six sons; Coral Bowie, Donald Bowie, Kent Bowie, Larry Bowie, James Bowie, Rogers Bowie, and a host of grand and great- grandchildren.
