Rosa M. Anderson Wars

Services for Rosa M. Anderson Ward will be at 11:00a.m. on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at Robinson Family Mortuary, 1815 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA. Rev. Marvin Samuel will be officiating. Interment will be in St. Augustine Baptist Church Cemetery, Melrose, LA.

Ms. Ward, 85, passed away on June 21, 2020 at Rapides Regional Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her husband; Charles W. Ward, daughter: Hester Brisco, father: Hugh Anderson, mother: Henrietta Williams, sisters: Addie M. Pearrie and Rella Howard, brothers: Calvin Gallion, Willie Anderson, Lloyd Anderson, Henry Anderson, and Leon Anderson. Rosa was baptized at an early age and joined St. Augustine Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. P. Gillie. She attended St. Augustine School.

Rosa leaves to cherish her memories – son: Eddie Rachal, granddaughters: Nicole Wood, Rebecca Pierson, Verita Rachal, Yvette Rachal, and Michelle Adam, 15 great grandchildren, sisters: Jessie Sarpy, Amelia Anderson, and Henrietta Crew, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
