Services for Samuel Suel will be at 11:00a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Leesville, LA. Reverend Joseph Garner will be officiating.


Mr. Suel, 102, of New Llano, LA, passed away on October 12, 2020 at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, LA. Mr. Suel was a Veteran of World War II. He was also President of the Usher Board as well as a Deacon of the church.


He is preceded in death by daughter: Brenda Jackson, mother: Carrie Sewell, father: Uylsses Sewell, brothers: Nelson Sewell, and William Sewell, sisters: Emma Fluker and Josie Sewell.


Mr. Suel leaves to cherish his memories – wife: Mary Suel, daughters: Pamela Moore, Sammie Jackson, and Mercedes Bristow, sons: Nelson Suel and Thomas Suel, brothers: R.J. Beshears and Ben Beshears, along with 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
