Timeka Slaughter

Timeka “Meka” Slaughter was born to Wayne Slaughter and Wilma Jean Lawson Harris on January 3, 1989, in Columbia, South Carolina. Timeka departed this early life on Sunday, January 5, 2025. She was 36.

Timeka loved going to the movies, dining at fancy restaurants, playing video games, making trips to the mall, and catching up on social media.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves to cherish her precious memory three brothers, James P. Harris, E. Naquan Dinkins, and Bradley Slaughter, a “bonus mother” Wanda Slaughter, three maternal aunts, Debra Lawson, Tina (Luther) Doss, and Karen Haynes, one maternal uncle, Kenneth Lawson, a great uncle Leroy Vincent, three great aunts Delores Dancy, Cleo Allen, and Virgie Vincent, and a host of cousins, other family members, and friends.
