Mrs. Jack, 59, of Glenmora, LA, passed away on April 15, 2024, at her residence. She is preceded in death by her parents: Cleveland Joseph Ford and Clara J. Ford, two brothers: Glenn Ford, Sr. and Kenneth A. Ford, Sr., and husband: Belfort L. Jack (Yogi).

Tina leaves to cherish her memories - daughter: Ashley Pickens, brothers: Cleveland E. Ford, Larry Ford, Anthony R. Ford, Kevin Ford, and Terry M. Ford, sisters: Darlene Howard and Stacey F. Williams, along with 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
