Services for Viola Lee Hampton will be at 11:30a.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Greater St. Lawrence Baptist Church. Rev. Otis Brown will be officiating. Interment will be in Sunrise Cemetery, Woodworth, LA.

Ms. Hampton, 64, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on January 17, 2024, in Alexandria, LA. Viola was born on February 23, 1959, in Frogmore, LA. She is preceded in death by her mother: Viola Hampton, father: William Hampton, Sr., Robert Hampton, Leeamee Hampton, William Hampton, Jr., J.C. Hampton, Will Lee Hampton, and Willie Lee Hampton.

Viola leaves to cherish her memories – daughter: Leeamee Lee Hampton, sons: Reginald Wayne Givens, Lorenzo Givens, and Kendrick Madison, brothers: John Lee Hampton, Jerry Lee Hampton, and Charles Edward Hampton, sisters: Peggy Lee Hampton, Clara Mae VanDyke, and Beatrice Marie Givens, one uncle: Joseph Ford, along with a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, associates, and friends.

Pallbearers will be: Tadraine Williams, Michael VanDyke, Kendrick Madison, Lorenzo Givens, Derek Jones, and Eric Quinney.

Visitation will begin at 10:30a.m. at Greater St. Lawrence.
