John D. Williams

Services for John D. Williams will be at 2:00p.m. at Old Morning Star Baptist Church on Sunday, January 27, 2019. Rev. Louis Swafford will be officiating. Interment will be in Farenzie Cemetery, Colfax, LA. 

Mr. Williams, 75, of Colfax, LA, passed away on January 20, 2019 at Colfax Reunion Nursing Home. Mr. Williams was a loving and kind hearted man.  He worked construction for over 20 years until he retired. 

John is preceded in death by Lucky Williams, Jerry Williams, John Rogers, Taylor, Lucy, Wikey, Susie Phillips, and Diane Williams. 

John leaves to cherish his memories his wife-Annie Williams, daughters-Pamela Sykes and Doris Washington, sons-Edgar Earl Rogers and John David Rogers, parent-Jessie Williams, sister-Hattie Bruins, and brother-Edward C. Williams, along with 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. 

Visitation will begin at 1:15 p.m. at the church.
