Services for Katheryn L. Colbert will be at 10:00a.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Christian Love Baptist Church, Rev. Phillip Gallow will be officiating. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Katheryn Lowe Colbert better known as “Tut”, was born on November 16, 1935 to the union of Abe Lowe, Sr. and Ethel Jackson in Alexandria, Louisiana (Bayou Rapides). She was the second child of eight born to this union. Katheryn departed this earth and went home to Glory on January 18, 2019 in Christus St.Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, Louisiana.
She leaves to cherish precious memories: daughters, Kathy Colbert, Tracey Beasley (Terrell) of Houston, TX; and co-parented daughter, Tosha Vaughn-Howard (Victor); grandson, Jerrod Antwine of Houston, TX; brothers, Nathaniel Lowe (Barbara), of Greensburg, LA and McKinley Lowe (Arnette) of McDonough GA; one sister, Barbara Vaughn of Houston, TX.
Visitation will begin t 8:30a.m. at the church.
