Leonard Williams

Leonard Williams passed away on June 7, 2023 at his home in Natchitoches, Louisiana.

Leonard was born on June 14, 1946, to LeAnna and the late Hamp Williams. He was one of seven children; the late Joseph Johnson Jr., Sandra Mason of Natchitoches, Cheryl Hall and Jeryl Williams of Baton Rouge, the late Vincent Williams III and Sujuan Boutté of Baton Rouge.

He spent over 20 years working for the NPSB as well as owning his own lawn service. He had a strong passion for music and was often referred to as “DJ Road Runner”.

Leonard leaves behind his beloved 6 children, Tyron Robinson of Pineville, Katrina Brown Stampley of Natchitoches, Leonard Williams, Jr. of Los Angeles, LaKesha Williams of Los Angeles, Leonard Williams, II of Texas, and JaKira Williams of Marthaville. As well as a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

His funeral service will be held on June 24, 2023. Viewing from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Services start at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church Amulet Street in Natchitoches. Directed by the Robinson Family Mortuary.
