Nekedra Lashay Rainey was born January 24, 1981, to Bonnie Sue Rainey and Charles Ray Addison in Shreveport, LA. She accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of Rev. Dewayne Butler and attended Natchitoches Central High School.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Sue Rainey, and grandmother, Adel Rainey.

She leaves to cherish her memory her father: Charles R. Addison, seven sisters: Gwendolyn (Imia) Miller, Charlotte Rainey, Sonya (Bradford) Taylor, Tiffany Perot , ShaSha Perot, Latosha Young, and Carisha Young, five brothers: Johnathan Jackson, Chardell Perot, Sr., Anthony (Enisha) Young, Jonathan (Latonya) Young, and Brandon Young.

Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. at St. Mark Baptist Church.
