Services for Pastor Lillie Mae Thompson will be held at 11:00am on Friday, April 10, 2026, at St. Matthew Baptist Church. Pastor Marvin Williams will be officiating. Interment will be in Roadview Cemetery.
Pastor Thompson, 71, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on Wednesday, April, 2026, at her home surrounded by loved ones. Rev. Lillie Thompson was the Pastor of Pleasant Full Gospel in Lena, LA, for almost 30 years. Rev. Thompson served as a Chaplain in Central LA for more than 30 years, serving the last 20 years at Christus St. Frances Cabrini.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, her parents, 3 daughters, and all of her siblings.
Pastor Lillie leaves behind to celebrate her life- daughters: Stephanie Douglas, Suzanne Douglas, Sherine Ardoin, Stacey West, Barbara Fisher, and Debra Volson, sons: Edwin Eldridge and Kenneth Douglas, Sr.
Visitation will begin at 10:00am at St. Matthew Baptist Church.
