Mr. Coutee, 78, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on September 27, 2021, in Alexandria, LA. He is preceded in death by his son: Anthony Coutee, parents: Ora and Victor Coutee, Sr., step-father: Leroy Lowe, Jr., siblings: Larry Coutee, Alma Coutee Maze, Walter Lowe, and Leroy Lowe, Jr.

Victor leaves to cherish his memories – wife: Dee L. Coutee, daughters: Alisa Hall (Glenn), Victoria Coutee-Dick (Albert), Lillian Coutee, sons: Darrell Williams and Damiaon Ross (Dorothy), sisters: Ethel Reynolds, Irma Morris (Eddie), Pauline Oliver (Paul), Joyce Smith (Jerry), Millie Sue Lowe, and Juanita Scott (Edward), brothers: Lionel Wade Lowe, and Lloyd Nolan (Nicole), along with 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
