Services for Charles Smith will be at 2:00p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Robinson Family Mortuary, 1815 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA. Rev. Joe Green will be officiating. Interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Smith, 76, of Alexandria, LA, passed away on October 29, 2019 at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital. He graduated from JW Gaines High School, Montgomery, LA. Charles served in the United States Army, serving a tour in Vietnam. He worked for Hathorn Moving Company, H&H Moving Company, and Wheatley Trucking Company until he retired.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents: Castell Hall Smith Brown & Ike Walls, stepfather: Mango Henry Brown, wife: Ethel Hunter Smith, brother: Eugene Smith, stepsisters: Eunice Wiggins & Eddie Mae Smith, stepbrother: James Smith.

Charles leaves to cherish his memories – sons: Charles Smith, Jr., Wendell Smith (Adrian), and Anthony Smith (Kayla), brother: Dwight Smith, sisters: Frankie Anderson, and Clinton Frazier, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will begin at 1:00p.m. at Robinson Family Mortuary
