He grew his wings October 17 ,2019. Dedrick was baptized at an early age. He touched so many people hearts with his singing and praising for the Lord. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Roger Gold and maternal grandmother Katherine Gold. Dedrick leaves to cherish fun memories, Janice Gold (his mother), four sisters -Tamescho Gold ,Jacoleynn Gold, Kee'r Gold, Chyna Gold, one brother - Sha'kiel Gold all reside in Alexandria La., Godmothers, Linda Daniels (Alexandria La.) and Earlina Clark (Alexandria La), Aunts: Eva Mae Hudson (Woodworth La.), Shelia Hudson ( Lake Charles, La), Latasha Gold (Lafayette La), and Tracy Gold( Alexandria La), Uncles: Robert Gold (Baytown Texas), Roger Gold Jr.(Texas), Richard (Wayne) Gold (Natchitoches La), Great aunts: Lee Ethel Bradley ( Houston Texas) Josie May Bradley (Alexandria La) Great uncle Joseph Bradley (Pineville La) Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. at Starlight Baptist Church.
