Lee Arthur Bush

Lee Arthur Bush was born to the late Henry, Sr. and Idell Lamell Bush in Pineville, Louisiana on March 21, 1958. He was immersed in the Christian community at Old Morning Star Baptist Church at an early age. He served as a U.S. Marine and went on to complete his degree at Dallas Baptist University. Faithful to service he joined the Dallas Police Department and rose to the rank of Lieutenant until retiring in 2004. Lee and his friend from teenaged years, Emma Jean Williams, married in 1982 in Dallas, Texas and had one child, Leesha Annette Bush. He also has three daughters, Dominique Aguirre, Adison Bush, and Morgan Bush all of Dallas, Texas. One grandchild, Mariah Aguirre. Lee was known for having a warm smile and a sense of humor. He enjoyed recognition in the Dallas PD for his commitment and accomplishments. Cherishing his memories with his children are siblings: Larry Bush, Henry Bush, Jr., Ricky Bush, Herbert Bush, Lois Harris (Robert), Janet McCray, Eloise Bush, Carol Faye Bush, Loretta Bush, Julia Elton and, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
