Services for Lucinda H. Allen will be at 11:00a.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Raven Camp Cemetery, Colfax, LA.

Mrs. Allen, 86, of Colfax, LA, passed away on January 18, 2021 at Rapides Regional Medical Center. She was baptized at an early age at Prospect Baptist Church and later united with Trinity United Baptist Church. She was the mother of the church and member of the Sisterhood of LA Grant Baptist Association.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Joseph Allen, Sr., daughter: Emma Harris, sons: Joseph Allen, Jr., Kerry Allen, grandson: Derrick Jones, sister: Gladys Carter, and parents: Bertha Harris and Landry Harrell.

Lucinda leaves to cherish her memories – daughters: Lillie Wright, Margaret Allen, Bertha Jones (Wayne), and Wanda Jones (Shawn), Brinda Allen, Joyce Smith (James), Theresa Caldwell, sons: Donald Allen (Beatrice), and Michael Allen, along with 30 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. at Trinity United Baptist Church.
