Services for Nichols Spikes will be at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2020 at Farenzie Cemetery, Colfax, LA.

Mr. Spikes, 60, of Colfax, LA, passed away on August 1, 2020 at his residence. He was baptized by Rev. Darrel Freeman. He worked for the Town of Colfax for over 30 years in the Water Department. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his father: Johnny Spikes, Sr., mother: Mary Maltie Spikes, brothers: Walter Spikes and Johnny Spikes, Sr.

Nichols leaves to cherish his memories – wife: Betty Spikes, daughters: LaTonya Winslow, LaShawndale Bonier, and Karen Fisher, son: Christopher Fisher, brothers: Charles Ray Baines, Lawrence Baines, Arthur Spikes, David Spikes, and Kenneth Spikes, sisters: Nellie Turner, Georgeann Baines Clemmons, Lillie M. Woodard, and Pearlie Jones, along with 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
