Services for Herman "Nubbe" Johnson, Sr. will be at 11:00a.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018 at St. Matthew Baptist Church. Rev. Frank Jackson will be officiating. Interment will be in Road View Cemetery under the direction of Robinson Family Mortuary.


Mr. Johnson, 90, of Taylor Hill, LA, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at The Summit Retirement Center. He is preceded in death by his parents Milton & Evenly Johnson and his daughter: Sandra Ann Burns, and son: Clifton Burns.


He leaves to cherish his memories his daughters: Janice Holmes and Joyce Hughes, sons: Kenneth Burns and Herman Johnson, Jr. and his sister: Dorothy Jones.


Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. at the church.
